At this moment the use of thermal concentrated solar power installations is low in most countries with a high sun heat potential. According to the branch organization ESTIF in Brussels (Belgium) most of the buildings and houses in the Southern European countries will use thermal solar power installations for heating, cooling and warm water supply at 2030. Besides using CSP technology for generating electricity and heating up water supplies, this technology can also be used for solving the problems of shortage of drinking water by desalination of seawater and purification of polluted water, but also for Solar Assisted Cooling. In some countries, such as India, there are still victims due to heatwaves of which we think it should not be that way. In the near future we will further develop the installation for solar assisted cooling.
